Short description of NGO National Center of Public Policy Research NGO (NCPPR) founded in 2017, focusing on PFM (public procurement), economic and social policy research (including education), and regional development issues. Activities and projects of NCPPR are spread around two main directions – watchdog and think-tank. Nowadays NCPPR has three ongoing projects, all of which focusing monitoring of public expenditures (public and community procurement and education). Chairman of NGO-Artak Manukyan is involved in PFM issues since 2007; in particular he was hired by Transparency International Armenian chapter and did public procurement monitoring for them till 2016. He is one of the leading economists in the country and active supporter of reforms in public procurement area.
